Founded in 2022 by a coalition of veteran EMS educators who refused to accept mediocrity as the norm, we exist because we witnessed a troubling reality: while most EMS professionals genuinely care and want to excel, the average level of prehospital care in America falls far short of what patients deserve in their most critical moments.
